Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle (Houston, TX) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle products in Houston, TX. The role involves building and expanding the healthcare provider customer base, presenting DePuy Synthes solutions, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive offerings
• Drive new account acquisition and expand sales with existing healthcare provider customers
• Educate surgeons, DPMs, hospital staff on proper product utilization and clinical applications
• Provide case coverage and operating room support for surgeons and newly converted customers
• Manage territory field activities, inventory, promotional materials, and achieve sales quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associates with 4+ years experience
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years orthopedic or trauma experience, or recent military background
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
• Valid US driver's license and ability to pass background investigation
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and independent work abilities
• Willingness to travel and relocate to assigned territory as needed
