What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night, and weekend shifts. Oversees, directs and guides the organization towards achieving current & future goals. Ensures that all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state and federal regulations, JCAHO standards and laws governing healthcare operations. Demonstrates leadership effectiveness in managing interpersonal relationships and managing self. Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives. Supervises nursing services on all off shifts, including evening, nights, and weekends. What We’re Looking For BSN required RN/NJ License ACLS and BLS certificates With 2-3 years management supervisory experience in a hospital setting required What We Offer What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications: When determining the compensation, several factors may be considered including, years of relevant experience, credentials, union contracts, education, and internal equity.
