Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. We are focused on providing our clients with the best customer service that they will experience. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are seeking. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries and provide policy information via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
