Molding Operator

We are currently looking for a Molding Operator to assist with our manufacturing processes within a temperature-regulated environment. Your daily duties will include organizing finished goods, managing necessary materials, ensuring all production records are accurate, and keeping the workspace tidy and efficient. Hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Work involves a rotating 12-hour shift structure, which includes weekend availability. The shift rotation adheres to a 2-2-3 schedule. Employees are provided with one 30-minute break and one 15-minute break. The work environment is entirely climate-controlled. Primary Duties Ensure all finished goods are packed in alignment with production standards. Help maintain inventory levels by replenishing packaging supplies. Support accurate record-keeping by completing all necessary quality and production logs. Utilize automated box-sealing machinery to streamline output. Transport pallets safely using a pallet jack to improve warehouse efficiency. Keep equipment and surrounding areas organized to foster a productive workspace. Promote a secure workplace by strictly adhering to all GMP and safety protocols. Requirements Completion of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. Capacity to interpret and follow written operational guidelines. Proficiency in English, covering both reading and writing skills. Ability to perform tasks autonomously. Previous background in production or manufacturing is beneficial, though not essential. Requirement to wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear for personal safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
