Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative will:

• Greet and assist visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Register patients for medical visits and procedures by collecting personal and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage, collects copays and obtains necessary authorizations
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups
• Manage accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information

Requirements:

• One (1) to two (2) years of related experience in the healthcare field.
• Good office and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Salary Range: 18.00 - 26.58 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
