Center Manager (N. Sacramento) - Sacramento, California

Join a forward-thinking rehab provider as a Center Manager. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who can balance patient care with operational leadership. Responsibilities Leadership & Clinical Excellence: Maintain a full caseload while leading your clinic team Ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes Mentor and support therapists and rehab aides Business Operations & Team Management: Oversee clinic scheduling, budgeting, hiring, and training Interpret and act on clinic performance and financial data Coordinate with regional leadership on operational goals Growth & Outreach: Build and sustain relationships with referring physicians and community partners Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to grow referrals Represent the center in community engagement opportunities Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare and state practice acts Execute quality audits and staff meetings with a focus on improvement Uphold OSHA standards and safety practices Requirements Graduate of an accredited PT or OT program Licensed in California (or eligible) CPR certification required 2+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.) Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with patient mobility Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching Manual dexterity for equipment handling and clinical documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr MissionHires
