Technical Problem Manager

We are seeking a Technical Problem Manager to join our team on a remote basis! Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle, from investigation through closure.Facilitate and validate Root Cause Analyses.Partner closely with Incident Management, Change Management, Engineering, and other team members.Drive accountability for corrective and preventive actions.Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities to reduce operational risk.Maintain governance, reporting, metrics, and SLA compliance within the Problem Management process.Utilize ServiceNow to track problems, actions, and resolutions.Qualifications:Extensive experience in Problem Management within an enterprise IT environment.Strong technical background in any area involving Network Engineering, Service Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Support, or Operations.Experience leading complex Root Cause Analysis efforts.Strong understanding of ITIL, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
