About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Florence, Kentucky, 41042!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ER Holding Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years required. License: Compact license required at submission. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Experience with pre-cardiac catheterization and managing ports required. Travel experience is required. Epic charting experience is required. Description: Locals within 75 miles are accepted. Only one holiday can be requested for time off. Shift is 19:00 to 07:30, 3x12 hour format. Potential to accommodate block scheduling, but it is not guaranteed. The schedule will include 4 weekend shifts (2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays in a 6-week period) along with 3 Mondays and 3 Fridays. Contractors would support ED boarders across the system who are waiting for a bed and require inpatient care. If there are not enough boarders, they will float to observation units as needed. COVID and flu vaccinations are required (medical/religious exemptions only). Tattoos and piercings regulations apply; no nose rings or gauged earrings. Nails should be less than 1/4 inch in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, and polish is acceptable. Scrubs/apparel must not have any agency or brand logos on them. Scrubs should be navy blue. Lift equipment and iPads for communication are available. Contracted staff will care for admissions/observation unit patients and patients in the ED.
