Rochester Company is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as General Labor/Machine Operators. These position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality inspections. Multiple shifts available!

Various Shifts CNC Production Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Load and unload parts from machines and production lines
- Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
- Assemble, sort, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Record production data and complete required documentation
- Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed
Various Shifts CNC Production Labor Qualifications:
- Multiple shifts available 1st, 2nd, 3rd
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Stand, walk, stoop and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
