Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Supporting QVC's customer service operations, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will handle high volumes of inbound calls in Spanish and English, assisting customers with inquiries, promoting products, and personalizing their experience while working remotely from North Carolina. Key responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English Assist customers with various requests including refunds, payments, and order placements Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales Required qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems Must provide a distraction-free work from home environment Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed Own a Microsoft 11 computer and necessary equipment per QVC's requirements
