Independent Remote Tax Specialist (1099 – 80/20% Revenue Split) Company: Eden Commercial & Consulting LLC Location: Remote (Open Nationwide – United States) Job Type: Contract Compensation: 80% Commission / Revenue Split (Based entirely on your client volume) Job Summary Eden Commercial & Consulting LLC is expanding its financial services division. We are seeking entrepreneurial, self-driven 1099 Remote Tax Preparers with an existing book of business. This role is fully remote. Requirements Client Portfolio: Must manage an existing book of business (ideally 7+ active tax clients). Active PTIN: Must possess an active, valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number. Qualifications: Active CPA license, EA credential, OR 2+ years of professional tax experience. Strict Compliance: Flawless professional background with zero history of tax fraud or IRS discipline. US Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States and living locally. Tech Setup: Must own a reliable computer, secure high-speed internet, and a smartphone. Compliance Screen: Pass a standard IRS credential and professional background verification.
