We are seeking motivated Family Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants in Emergency Medicine, and Nurse Practitioners to join our vibrant team in Leland/Wilmington, NC. What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older). Manage a high volume of patients efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care and a positive attitude. Perform minor procedures such as I&D, Lac repairs, Ear irrigations, and more. Utilize EPIC EMR system with provided training to document all patient encounters accurately. Work independently as the sole provider in the center, supported by a dedicated team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings. Board certification — NCCPA, Family NP Cert, or equivalent. Valid BLS and NC DEA license. Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems. Strong soft skills with excellent communication abilities, professionalism, and teamwork. Ability to work full-time hours and support consistent coverage, including summer months. Must be local to Leland/Wilmington, NC (within 60 miles). Nice to Have Skills: Experience performing minor procedures and managing both adult and pediatric patients. Previous experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency setting. Additional certifications or training relevant to urgent or emergency medicine. Preferred Education & Experience: Graduate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program. At least one year of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or similar fast-paced settings. Other Requirements: Must participate in mandatory EMR training and onboarding sessions scheduled on set Wednesdays. No travel or overnight accommodations provided; mileage reimbursement available within a 60-mile radius. Support from off-site supervising physicians for APPs.
