The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $192,500. Please note that this range is a general guideline and can vary. Trusted Space is seeking a Technical Baseline Manager (Systems Engineer) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years’ experience to join our team. Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering, integration, and development programs
- 2+ years of experience performing and leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations (CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plans
- Experience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a major program
- Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control or engineering review
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, FORGE, WSF-M, or EWS
- Experience using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technical baselines
- Experience creating and managing Jira tickets or Confluence pages
- Experience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGen
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
