Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Salary Range: $21 - $23

In this role, you'll be the go-to HR resource for our Idaho Falls location, helping with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits, compliance, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our team while making a real difference in the employee experience.

What you'll bring:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• A passion for supporting employees
• The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred

What success looks like after a few months:

After your first couple of months, you'll be confidently owning the day-to-day HR experience. You'll have built strong relationships with employees and established a smooth recruiting and onboarding process, and become a trusted go-to resource for HR questions and support. You'll understand the team's staffing needs, stay on top of compliance and employee documentation, and know when to handle an issue independently or partner with the HR Manager. Most importantly, you'll be helping create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.
