The Learning Specialist supports training delivery across field locations. This entry-level role works onsite with employees and leaders to assist with onboarding, role-based, and customer experience training. The Learning Specialist helps reinforce continuous learning on the job to ensure training translates into consistent performance and positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone looking to build and expand their learning and development experience with front line employees in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included) What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Hospitality, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service, operations, or learning support Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with frontline employees and leaders Experience using common workplace and learning tools (such as learning management systems, virtual meeting platforms, presentation tools, and basic reporting tools) or a willingness to learn Experience facilitating small group sessions or presentations Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support field locations Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards) Who We Are: Here at Avis Budget Group, you will be joining a team of 25,000 driven people, performing with purpose.
