IT Service Desk Support

As an IT Service Desk Support professional, you'll play a critical role in helping our employees stay connected, productive, and supported. You'll serve as a trusted resource for team members across the organization, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting solutions, and helping deploy the technology that keeps our business running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Support user account creation, security access, and system permissions.
• Assist with technology rollouts and new employee onboarding.
• Create user-friendly documentation and training materials.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships across the organization.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience supporting end users in an IT help desk, service desk, or technical support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Viewpoint products, Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, DADO, or FreshService is beneficial.
