Overview Home Sales Inspector role with Orkin. Conduct 360 inspections and provide termite protection recommendations. No prior industry experience required. Responsibilities Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships. Prospect new business and manage assigned leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes. Inspect interior and exterior of the home. Make recommendations based on inspection findings, explaining process and setting expectations. Prepare sales agreements using company-provided tools. Willingly obtain pesticide license or certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Physical Requirements Use ladder safely within weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator as needed. Work in various weather conditions.
