Business Analyst

Business AnalystResponsibilities:1. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and internal teams, to gather and document business requirements for the broker portal website.2. Functional Analysis: Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring they align with the portal's goals and objectives.3. User Stories and Use Cases: Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to capture the end-to-end user journey and system interactions.4. Feature Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to prioritize website features, functionalities, and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.5. UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the portal's user interface and user experience meet industry standards and user expectations.6. Data Analysis: Analyze and define data requirements, including data sources, data transformations, and reporting needs for the portal.7. Quality Assurance: Define test cases and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the portal's functionality is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards.8. Change Management: Support change management processes to facilitate a smooth transition during portal updates and improvements.9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.10.
