Weekly pay starting at $19.50 - $20/hr and benefits available.\n \n \n \n \n \n Primary responsibilities for Staffing Recruiter jobs include: \n \n \n \n \n Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals\n \n \n \n Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates.\n \n \n \n Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings.\n \n \n \n Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit.\n \n \n \n Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.\n \n \n \n Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for various roles.\n \n \n \n Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.\n \n \n \n Assist in job posting and advertisement creation to attract top talent.\n \n \n \n Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.\n \n \n \n Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Requirements: \n \n \n \n \n Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish\n \n \n \n 1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.\n \n \n \n Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls\n \n \n \n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n \n \n \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.\n \n \n \n Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n \n \n \n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Apply Now: \n \n \n For immediate consideration for this Bilingual Staffing Recruiter job in Hebron, KY, Apply Now!
