Qualitative Research Associate

Supporting clients in higher education, the part-time temporary Qualitative Research Associate will conduct interviews, moderate focus groups, analyze data, and create reports while working remotely on a project-by-project basis. Key responsibilities Conduct and record interviews and focus groups relevant to research in the education sector Analyze findings and synthesize insights into clear, actionable reports Design interview and focus group protocols independently as applicable Required qualifications A Master's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, or related social science, or a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of applied market research experience 2-4 years of business or academic experience conducting qualitative research Full cycle experience executing in-depth interview studies, including writing guides and delivering reports High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications and using generative AI tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
