Customer Support Specialist

This is a hands-on customer support role focused on helping customers troubleshoot and complete real-world sauna and steam projects. You'll be working with physical systems such as wiring, plumbing, and installation conditionsnot software or IT systems.

Bathing Brandsa national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of sauna and steam environmentsis seeking someone who is mechanically curious, enjoys problem solving, and can confidently guide customers through solutions over the phone and email.

You don't need prior sauna or steam experiencewe'll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand how things work, ask the right questions, and help customers move forward with confidence.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working through real-world challenges and are looking for an opportunity to build specialized knowledge in a growing, hands-on industry.

What You'll Do

• Provide phone and email support to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
• Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site-specific challenges
• Guide customers step-by-step through practical, real-world solutions
• Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
• Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve more complex issues
• Help maintain Bathing Brands' strong reputation for service and product expertise

• Enjoy figuring out how things work and solving problems
• Have hands-on experience or interest in mechanical, construction, or repair environments
• Like helping people and explaining solutions in a clear, practical way
• Are curious, patient, and willing to learn something new

Helpful (Not Required) Backgrounds Include:

• Construction or carpentry
• Plumbing or electrical work
• HVAC or mechanical systems
• Equipment installation or repair
• Technical field service

• Ability to think through problems and guide others step-by-step
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Comfortable using computers for communication and documentation (Outlook, Microsoft Office)
