General Manager - Polished Casual Italian Restaurant (New Restaurant Opening)

We are seeking a polished, career-driven General Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new polished casual Italian restaurant with a growing, award-winning hospitality group. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: you will hire and train the opening team, set the standards, and build the culture from day one, with a clear path to grow as the brand expands into new markets.

What You'll Do

Lead all aspects of daily operations for a new polished casual Italian restaurant opening
Recruit, hire, train, and develop the opening front-of-house team
Create a warm, guest-first culture where scratch-made Italian cooking meets genuine Southern hospitality
Maintain a visible presence in the dining room and build lasting relationships with guests
Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and cost controls from opening day forward
Partner closely with the Executive Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and presentation
Identify and develop future leaders who can grow with the organization

What We're Looking For

Proven General Manager experience in polished casual, upscale casual, or full-service dining
A warm, hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine with a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong financial and operational knowledge, including P&L management, labor, food costs, and inventory
New restaurant opening experience is a strong plus
High personal standards, attention to detail, and pride in every aspect of the restaurant
A career-driven approach and desire to grow with an expanding brand
