Operations Manager, Lean & Continuous Improvement

Wabash is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee shop floor activities, plan systems to improve quality and efficiency, and lead staff in line with company policies. You will coach teams and ensure coordination across operations, materials, maintenance, and quality. The role requires 5–8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, SAP proficiency, and a solid grasp of Lean and Six Sigma methods. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wabash
