Responsibilities
- Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care.
- Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative care of patients undergoing surgery.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care within the perioperative team.
- Maintain adherence to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the health care team.
- Comply with facility policies and guidelines; report to the Director of Perioperative Services.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism as an expanded RN role (RNFA) in the perioperative setting.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license (unrestricted) in the applicable jurisdiction
- Perioperative nursing experience or RNFA preparation/eligibility
- Ability to work in a perioperative/hospital environment and participate in rotating 8-hour shifts
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and adherence to professional standards
