The Drain Technician will perform comprehensive drain cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties, utilizing various techniques including snaking, high-velocity jetting, and camera inspections. This role requires a skilled individual with a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while functioning independently. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring safety compliance during all operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning and line snaking for sinks, sewers, and other plumbing lines
• Conduct camera inspections to diagnose blockages and assess pipe conditions
• Operate high velocity jetting equipment for thorough cleaning
• Provide services to both residential and commercial customers
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for optimal performance
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all jobs
• Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in drain cleaning and related services
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficient with sewer inspection cameras and high velocity jetting
• Basic knowledge of plumbing principles
• Strong customer service skills with a cooperative team attitude
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
• Experience with grease trap cleaning is a plus
