Opportunity Highlights

• Experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery, and endocrine surgery is advantageous but not mandatory.
• This is a hospital-employed role.

Division Chief Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical activities within the Division and conduct OPPE and FPPE for its members.
• Manage all administrative functions of the Division, focusing on the Ambulatory Clinic unless otherwise specified by the hospital.
• Continuously monitor the performance of all individuals in the Division with clinical privileges.
• Integrate the Division into the hospital's primary operations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between interdepartmental and intradepartmental services.
• Regularly assess and enhance the quality of care, treatment, and services provided.
• Orient and provide ongoing education for all personnel in the Division.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital and Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and Rules & Regulations within the Division.
• Communicate updates and changes in policies and practices to Division members.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Department Chair, MEC, and the Board of Trustees.
