Are you a disciplined "prepper" who thrives on organization and speed? We are looking for a reliable Prep Cook with at least one year of experience to join our back-of-house team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Station Setup: Prepare the kitchen for service by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients (vegetables, proteins, and sauces).
- Recipe Execution: Follow standardized recipes and yield guides to ensure consistency and quality.
- Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, following all food safety and health department regulations.
- Inventory Support: Assist in receiving deliveries, rotating stock (FIFO), and notifying the Chef of low inventory.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience (high-volume preferred).
- Knife Skills: Proficiency with various cuts and a high regard for tool maintenance.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mindset: A "no-task-is-too-small" attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
