Responsibilities:

Provide general and specialized urology care, including hospitalist and subspecialty services such as endourology and female pelvic medicine.

Key Duties:

Deliver patient care across diverse urological conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to community health needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Medical degree with board certification in urology, relevant clinical experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $650,000–$700,000, with a 4-tier wRVU production model, signing bonuses ($65,000 for general urology, $140,000 for hospitalist, $100,000 retention bonus), and full benefits package.

Work Schedule & Environment:

Flexible options for subspecialization, with a 7-on/7-off schedule for hospitalist roles, and practice in a community with high demand for urological services.
