SENIOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PARTNER

High Profile is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic resource for leaders, HR partners, and employees across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced employee relations professional who combines strong business judgment, emotional intelligence, and employment law expertise to help foster a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The Senior Employee Relations Partner will play a critical role in managing complex workplace matters, conducting investigations, coaching leaders, and driving proactive employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance employee experience with organizational risk management.
