Client Relations Specialist
Location: Elgin, IL
Compensation: $20-$25/hour, based on experience + Commission!
Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Build relationships. Keep customers informed. Help our service team stay on track.
Advantage Contractor Solutions is growing our Elgin team and looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Client Relations Specialist who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep things moving in a busy service environment.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or client relations experience
- Experience in HVAC or any trade is a big plus
- Service coordination or dispatching experience is preferred
- Professional phone presence
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable adapting to last-minute scheduling changes
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team
- Genuine commitment to providing an excellent client experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email
- Build positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
- Dispatch field technicians and communicate schedule updates throughout the day
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and outstanding questions
- Update customer accounts, appointment details, and service information in company systems
- Communicate closely with technicians, sales representatives, and office team members
- Assist customers with questions and work toward timely, professional resolutions
- Adjust schedules as priorities change and help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Deliver a consistently friendly and professional customer experience
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
