Job Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology Job Type & Location Per Required Need; Market - SS - CA - Palmdale; Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Compensation $20.25 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule Work Monday–Friday. Variety of projects and clients. Key Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management, typically within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms and surveys for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and complete related tasks within timelines. Assist other team members as needed to contribute to overall success. Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Remain available for weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Execute all directives fully and completely. Collaborate with the shared‑services team to achieve goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared‑services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership in representing the company. Provide transparent and respectful communication with all team members. Ensure operational success through cross‑functional processes. Scheduling & Planning Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early‑morning hours are possible, and/or holidays may be required based on store/client needs. Qualifications Age/Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early‑morning and late‑night availability as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Adjust to varying tasks and work environments. Communication Skills: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading apps, and internet connectivity. Education: High school diploma or equivalent typically required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Experience: Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives. Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently. Training: Complete all training assignments within designated time frames. Transportation & Travel: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing and able to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation; sound judgment; problem‑solving; working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting.
