Photo Editor for AI Research Project

Photo Editing Experts apply professional Photoshop and image editing skills to evaluate and improve how AI systems understand real-world visual and editorial tasks. You will use your practical experience to create, test, and assess image-editing prompts and AI outputs in an asynchronous, remote research program that runs year-round.

• Apply expert photo editing and Photoshop knowledge to tasks that train and evaluate AI behavior.
• Develop industry-specific prompts and guidance for image-related workflows.
• Review and evaluate AI or LLM responses related to visual editing instructions and provide detailed feedback.
• Perform recorded spoken tasks when required, for example explaining edits or walking through decision-making on sample projects.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Photoshop or photo editing.
• Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to speak on recorded tasks.
• Comfort working primarily asynchronously and independently, in collaboration with external AI research teams.

• Location: Remote, work independently from your chosen location.
• Employment type: PART_TIME.
• Schedule: Flexible hours, asynchronous collaboration, no minimum hourly commitment.
• Program cadence: The research program runs year-round, with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise.
• Placement into specific projects depends on project availability at the time you apply.

• Up to $50/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students may be eligible to participate if they qualify for CPT or OPT, subject to your school s requirements and approval from your Designated School Official.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
