• Full-time -- 40 hrs/week, no weekends, no holidays
• Hospital setting -- long-term acute care (LTACH)
• Daily assessment and intervention for high-acuity patients
• Patients admitted directly from ICU -- complex acute medical needs
• Interdisciplinary team environment focused on patient and family goals
• Intense clinical and therapeutic intervention -- 24-hour care setting
