Employment Litigation Associate

Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the buyer journey
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM systems
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with selling high-value or specialized products/services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of motivation, resilience, and competitive drive
