Machine Operator (Heavy & Light) 3rd Shift
Location: Grenada, MS Shift: SundayThursday, 11:00 PM7:00 AM Pay: Starting at $12.00 per hour
Join Our Team
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Grenada, Mississippi. This is a third-shift opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to producing quality products while maintaining a safe workplace.
No previous machine operating experience is required for all positions, but manufacturing experience is a plus. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy and light manufacturing equipment according to company procedures.
- Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areas.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
