Pediatric Integrated Care Therapist (LICSW/Psych) - Hybrid

LifeStance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team in Norwoods/Taunton. This position can be split between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is ideal for clinicians experienced in serving people across the lifespan, using empirically supported treatments, working in a primary care environment, and enjoying a fast‑paced setting. Position Highlights Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams. Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies like CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals. Clinicians who thrive in this setting enjoy a quick pace, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work. Provide split position between integrated behavioral health care and outpatient psychotherapy. Qualifications Licensed therapist or psychologist (LICSW or PsyD) with current licensure. Experience with pediatric and adolescent care. Demonstrated use of empirically supported treatments (CBT, MI, brief interventions). Experience working in a primary care environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams. Ability to conduct screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions. Willingness to work part‑time or full‑time and coordinate split scheduling. Benefits & Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 a year.
