As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at an industrial location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, report observations, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and property concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and shift activity records.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly work environment by reporting facility issues, following post orders, and supporting security-related operations as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
