Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: September 14, 2026
End Date: December 12, 2026
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Unit: Level III NICU | 36 Beds
Location: Tucson, AZ

Travel Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from the assignment location. Local candidates are not accepted.

Step into a Level III NICU supporting a 36-bed unit where your neonatal expertise can make an immediate impact. This is a great opportunity for an experienced NICU travel nurse who is ready to hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and high-risk neonates

• Monitor newborns and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition

• Administer medications and treatments safely

• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams

• Support families through complex neonatal care

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient-safety standards

• Float to an appropriate pediatric assignment when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred

• Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care skills

• Flexibility to float to an appropriate pediatric unit

• Immediate availability strongly preferred
