Associate Dentist Opportunity

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a growing dental clinic in Monaca, PA, in the search for an experienced Associate Dentist to join their team. This is an opportunity focused on increasing practice production and expand office hours.

Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday (Friday Required) | TuesdayFriday Schedule considered

What You'll Do:

• Provide general dentistry services, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Perform clear aligner therapy
• Provide same-day crown procedures
• Coordinate referrals for endodontic and oral surgery cases
• Work collaboratively with the dental team and contribute to a positive practice environment
• Help support increased patient care capacity, production, and office hours
• Work independently while partnering with the practice for guidance and support

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications and Experience:

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing
• 510 years of dental experience (well-seasoned, experienced dentist)

• Willingness to help and work collaboratively with everyone
• Humble, hardworking, and motivated to learn and grow
• Able to work independently with guidance and partnership from the practice
