Base salary range ($90K–$120K based on market) Bonus potential (10–15%) Company truck and gas card Strong PTO and holiday package 401(k) with company match Health, vision, dental Long-term career growth with leadership involvement Job Details Roles & Responsibilities – Superintendent: Oversee daily field operations and site logistics Manage subcontractor activities and schedules Enforce safety standards and quality control Communicate with PMs, clients, and inspectors Ensure on-time project delivery with minimal punch list Desired Qualifications: 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through closeout Strong knowledge of trades, codes, and construction sequencing OSHA 30 and current safety certifications preferred Interested in hearing more?
