The schedule may include a combination of 12- and 8-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation required.We’re excited to offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus for this position.QualificationsGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the State of OhioACLS, NRP, and PALS certification requiredPreference given to candidates with two or more years of hospital experienceStrong initiative, professionalism, and positive communication skillsIndependent thinker and customer service leaderKey ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care based in Med/Surg, with potential assignments in other departmentsSystematically assess patient needs, plan and deliver care, coordinate with other staff, and evaluate outcomesFacilitate collaboration across disciplines to provide a seamless approach to care deliveryPromote patient advocacy, safety, and improved health outcomesAdhere to all standards of nursing practice and promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments #J-18808-Ljbffr Wyandot Memorial Hospital
