Role Description I’m looking for someone who can join me for select meetings, pitches, strategy sessions, and client presentations — primarily within branding, digital, real estate, hospitality, and creative projects. This is NOT a full‑time role. More of an “as‑needed” strategic support position for the right person. This position can ultimately turn into a full time role. Ideal Person Experience working at a digital agency, branding agency, advertising agency, or creative studio Extremely organized and detail‑oriented Strong communicator with executive presence Able to take structured notes during meetings and quickly turn conversations into actionable plans Comfortable helping organize teams, timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up Can assist in preparing for pitches/presentations when needed Based in Miami / South Florida Freelance or consulting mindset preferred This role is important to me because I’m often in high‑level meetings and need someone sharp in the room helping capture details, structure next steps, and keep momentum moving afterward.
