Key Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• Previous experience in an Operating Room setting required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced and rapidly changing situations

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique
• Coordinate care across the surgical team before, during, and after operations
• Accurately document patient conditions and interventions
• Adhere to hospital protocols, compliance regulations, and best practices in perioperative nursing
• Support patients and families through education and empathetic communication
