Occupational Therapist - Inpatient - Days (Per Diem)

Hourly Pay Range $35.16 - $54.50 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Occupational Therapist – Inpatient – Days (Per Diem) This position is for an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient setting during day shifts with a per diem schedule. Position Highlights Position: Occupational Therapist - Inpatient – Days Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL Hours: Per Diem – Hours as needed; 8am-4:30pm Weekends: Rotating – 2 weekend days/month; more available Required Travel: Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston Hospitals Holidays: yes, 1 summer/1 winter What You Will Do Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing Participate in the clinical supervision of students What You Will Need License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL Education: Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA.
