Strong pipeline of commercial work across the Houston market Established fabrication, BIM, and operations infrastructure already in place Opportunity to work on large, technically challenging projects Stable and growing contractor with long-term career growth potential Leadership team focused on execution, communication, and accountability Collaborative environment with experienced operations and field teams Competitive compensation, bonus structure, vehicle allowance, and benefits Job Details Responsibilities Manage HVAC sheet metal scopes from project kickoff through closeout Coordinate with BIM/VDC teams to support model completion and release schedules Align fabrication timelines with field installation needs and sequencing Support field leadership by resolving project issues and maintaining workflow continuity Track project budgets, labor productivity, procurement, and material usage Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Review drawings and specifications to ensure scopes are complete and executable Identify conflicts early and drive resolution prior to field impact Maintain communication with field teams, fabrication, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sheet metal or mechanical construction project management Strong understanding of HVAC ductwork systems and installation methods Experience coordinating with BIM/VDC and fabrication teams Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project workflows Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment Preferred Experience Commercial construction project experience Previous sheet metal field or installation background Familiarity with prefabrication and fabrication-driven workflows Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or related construction software Interested in hearing more?
