What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions and perform ongoing assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and procedures
• Respond to patient call lights, alarms, and emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Delegate and oversee supportive staff activities to ensure quality care
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with all regulations

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior experience in a Progressive Care or similar unit
• Ability to work nights and adapt to shift schedules
