Area Property Manager - Housing & Compliance
EUREKA MULTIFAMILY GROUP
Eureka Multifamily Group in Houston, TX is seeking an Area Property Manager to oversee operations at up to three properties, fill vacancies, negotiate leases, and maintain assets within LIHTC/HUD guidelines and applicable regulations. You will train onsite staff, monitor budgets, support revenue objectives, conduct inspections, and coordinate with the Regional Property Manager. Travel 50% or more is required, and strong leadership, communications, and problem-solving skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr EUREKA MULTIFAMILY GROUP
