Business Immigration Paralegal — Remote 2 Days/Week

Clark Hill is seeking a Paralegal to join our Immigration business unit in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of business immigration experience, handling filings with USCIS and other agencies, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and gathering supporting evidence. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with remote work two days per week and a focus on PERM, H-1B, and Consular Processing.
