We are looking for a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electrical projects across our growing commercial division. Competitive pay based on experience and performance Paid time off and paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Tool and boot programs Company truck provided Monthly team meetings and company outings A supportive, family-oriented culture built on respect and integrity Qualifications 3+ years of commercial electrical experience, with proven leadership or foreman-level experience Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, codes, and best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in project coordination, scheduling, and crew management Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and project managers Commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges Journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience preferred Upholds Roby Services’ core values of Family, Can-Do Attitude, and Integrity in all interactions Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Project Leadership & Planning Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices, delegating tasks and setting clear priorities Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and organize project workflows Ensure all installations meet design specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements Field Operations & Quality Control Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and code compliance Troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team toward effective solutions Team Management & Mentorship Train, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices in skill development Foster a positive, safety‑focused work environment built on teamwork and accountability Material & Cost Management Coordinate material and equipment needs with procurement teams Manage inventory, track usage, and control material costs to maintain project efficiency Safety & Compliance Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety meetings Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and company safety policies Client Communication & Documentation Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction Keep accurate records of progress reports, change orders, and project documentation Why Roby Services?
