BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg!

Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital

Location: St. Petersburg

Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Shift: Days

Weekend Work: Every Other

On Call: No

The Charge Nurse is responsible for:

• Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
• Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty - preferred

Required Education:

• Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.

Experience:

• 2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
• 1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
